In this interactive and engaging cooking workshop, participants will discover the art of crafting exquisite sourdough bread. Led by CIA-trained chef Chelsea Bruce, owner of North Fork Chai Co, attendees will receive hands-on instruction in creating two remarkable bread varieties: a basic country loaf and a flavorful roasted garlic variation. Each student will prepare their

own dough during the class to ferment overnight, ready for baking the following day. Snacks will be provided, and the session is anticipated to last between 3 to 3 1/2 hours, longer than our usual classes.

All classes commence promptly at 6:00 p.m.
The maximum class size is 6-8 students.
Pre-registration is mandatory.
Class fees are non-refundable, but if you're unable to attend, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we can transfer you to another session. Classes with fewer than 4 enrolled will be canceled, and affected participants will be notified the day before.
Our sessions include recipe sharing, hands-on training, ingredient shopping, and menu planning. Please ensure punctuality.
We recommend wearing comfortable attire and bringing your own apron. Closed-toed shoes are mandatory in the kitchen.
For groups of 4-6 individuals, registration is welcome, but due to space limitations and class popularity, early booking is advised. Contact us for private class arrangements.
Unless otherwise specified, minors aged 14-17 may attend NFCC classes accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Two seats must be purchased for this purpose, and a waiver signed by the guardian and minor(s) attending is required. Please notify us via email upon registration with a minor, so we can prepare the waiver accordingly.
